Ashley Siegel

Ashley Siegel joined McCroskey Law in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in advocacy for clients of all types.

After graduating with honors, cum laude, from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and gaining admittance to the Michigan State Bar in 2016, Ashley ran her solo practice, The Law Office of Ashley Siegel, PLLC until she joined McCroskey Law.

She has built a strong reputation in criminal defense, family law, landlord and tenant issues, neglect and abuse cases, and appellate matters. Her work led to acquittals, dismissals, favorable agreements and judgments, reunifications, protections for vulnerable individuals, and many key legal victories for her clients.

As a lifelong Muskegon resident, and Orchard View High School graduate, Ashley is proud to continue working in the community she loves.

At McCroskey Law, Ashley will be continuing her criminal defense practice at both the trial and appellate level, while expanding to include Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability, ensuring that individuals receive the representation they need during their most difficult times.
